NET CAFÉ TYCOON is a free browser game provided "as is", without warranties of any kind. We continuously update, rebalance and change the game; features, numbers and content may change at any time. Your save is stored in your own browser — keeping a backup (via the in-game Export button) is your responsibility, and we cannot restore lost local saves.
All in-game currency, items, cosmetics, classes and progression have no real-world monetary value, are not redeemable, transferable or exchangeable for money, and remain licensed to you — not sold — for use within the game.
The game offers one optional purchase: a one-time unlock of premium classes (cosmetic/convenience content). Payment is handled entirely by our payment provider — we never see or store your card details. Prices include applicable taxes where shown.
The unlock is digital content delivered immediately: your unlock code is presented as soon as payment completes. By completing a purchase you expressly consent to immediate delivery of the digital content and acknowledge that you thereby lose your 14-day right of withdrawal (cf. EU Consumer Rights Directive, art. 16(m)).
All purchases are final and non-refundable, except where a refund is required by mandatory consumer law. In particular, no refunds are given because of changes to the game, rebalancing of class bonuses, dissatisfaction with the content, lost local saves, or failure to keep your unlock code. If your code was never delivered due to a technical error on our side, contact us via the feedback page and we will make it right.
Online features (such as the global leaderboard and unique café names) are provided on a best-effort basis and may be changed, moderated or discontinued. We may remove leaderboard entries with offensive names or entries created through cheating or abuse.
Don't attack, overload or abuse the game's online services, and don't misrepresent manipulated scores as legitimate play. We may exclude abusive entries from online features.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Oaksmond is not liable for any indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the game. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under mandatory law.
